Our Story
Our History
Welcome to QA Test Community, home to about 25 households in Port Charlotte, Florida.
Our association brings homeowners together to care for the things we share and to plan for the years ahead. A board elected by the owners oversees the budget, the upkeep of common areas, and the Declaration, Bylaws and Rules that guide how the community runs. The board meets monthly. We encourage every owner to stay informed, attend meetings when they can, and get involved.
A strong association depends on good communication. That’s why this website brings news, events, documents and contact information together in one place. If you have an idea or a concern, or would like to volunteer, please reach out. The more neighbors who take part, the better QA Test Community becomes for all of us.
